The room was fine and the hot tub was amazing, creating a great atmosphere. The mattress was comfortable! Just be prepared for the stairs to the hot tub; they can be quite slippery. I'd recommend this place.

I loved stepping into a secret world at Impossible Motel, with its magical ambiance and cozy, beautifully decorated room. The red staircase leading to the private hot tub was a highlight! The bathroom felt tiny, and outside noise was a bit disruptive. I'd recommend this hotel.

Right in the heart of everything, we could walk to all the attractions easily. The decor was pretty unique and we loved the cozy, classed-up basement vibe! The bed was super comfy too, which made for some great sleep after our adventures.
But, wow, the room was way darker than I expected and felt smaller than the pictures showed. Plus, the bathroom situation was a bit ridiculous with no soundproofing—could hear everything! And, seriously, the toilet wouldn’t stop running all night, which was super annoying! Not what I was hoping for on my city break!

Central location, close to attractions. Helpful and well trained staff. Stylish room decor, excellent attention to detail. Prosecco and rose petals on arrival. Comfortable bed with quality amenities. Good bath experience, perfect for couples. Convenient train station access.
Nothing, all great.

The unique decor and quirky touches, like choosing our bath products, added charm, while the wonderfully friendly staff made us feel welcomed. The central location was perfect for exploring highlights like York Minster and the Museum Gardens, although the lack of soundproofing meant late-night activities from neighbors disrupted our sleep. it was a fun stay with room for improvement.

Great location and unique decor made for an enjoyable stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and I loved the comfy bed and nice toiletries. Just a couple of quirks in the room, like a dusty floor and interesting bathroom setup, but it added character to the experience.

I had an very nice experience at Impossible Motel, where I surprised my partner for her birthday. The rooftop jacuzzi was a good surprise, and we were both amazed by the stunning decor and unique atmosphere. The check-in process was a fun touch, allowing us to pick a bath bomb, and the staff were so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room may have been cozy, but it had all the amenities we needed for a perfect night.
Nothing, all great! 😊.

Perfect Spot for Relaxation
So, this place was amazing! I loved the cozy room with a hot tub on the terrace. After two days of travel, I really needed that! The bar had great drinks too. The only tricky part was hauling my heavy luggage up the stairs. But honestly, I loved every second of my stay!

Just a decent option for a momentary pause in York with good price-value balance. The ear plugs provided helped with the street noise situation. If you're sensitive to sound, consider looking for a quieter room location.
